What this tool does with your input

Nothing leaves your device. When you run a keyboard or mouse test, the page counts input events in your browser's memory and shows you the result. The keys you press and the mouse movements you make are never uploaded to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with anyone. Closing the tab discards the test data.

Accounts and tracking

PollRateTest has no accounts, no sign-up, and no server-side user profiles. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information to use the tool.

Cookies and advertising

The site is supported by advertising. Third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense when enabled, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads and measure their performance, as described in their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The site itself does not set advertising cookies.

Analytics and logs

The hosting provider may keep standard, anonymised server logs (such as pages requested and approximate region) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to identify individual visitors or to reconstruct test input.

Children

PollRateTest is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
